How to Use

To use the MERIT Flush Balm Cream Blush, simply swipe the dome-shaped stick directly onto your cheeks and blend outward using your fingers, a brush, or a makeup sponge. Because it features a sheer, skin-conditioning formula with Vitamin E, it melts into the skin easily without disrupting your natural texture.

1. Choose Your Application Method

  • Fingers (Recommended):
    Rub your fingertips directly on the balm or swipe the stick on your face. Gently tap and stamp the product upward toward your temples. The warmth of your hands helps the balm melt seamlessly into the skin.</li
  • Brush: Use a fluffy, synthetic powder brush with some splay, like the MERIT Brush No. 1. Swirl the brush over the dome and stipple (bounce) it onto the skin to avoid rubbing away your foundation.
  • Damp Sponge: Tap a beauty sponge onto the stick, then bounce it across your cheekbones for an ultra-sheer, dewy finish.

2. Determine Your Placement

  • Lifted Look: Apply the product high on the cheekbones and blend upward and back into the temple. You can also tap a tiny bit above the arch of your brow.
  • Sunkissed Flush: Smile to find the apples of your cheeks. Apply the product there, then add a subtle swipe across the bridge of your nose where the sun naturally hits.

3. Build and LayerLet it Set:

  • The formula is quite sheer and dewy. To build intensity, let the first layer settle for a few moments before swiping or tapping on a second layer.
  • Longevity Hack: If you find cream blushes fade quickly on your skin, lightly dust your cheeks with a translucent powder first. Tap the Flush Balm on top, and optionally lock it in with a setting spray.

4. Use on Lips and Eyes

  • Monochromatic Look: Dab the balm directly onto your lips or eyelids for a quick, coordinated look. It acts as a hydrating, lightweight tint that unifies your entire face.
